My name is AJ and I love being a therapist!

Throughout my career, I have had the honor to work in many different settings and environments. I have worked to provide support to victims of crime and first responders at a local police department, I have worked with youth around issues of food insecurity, social justice, and farming in East Austin, and I have helped cancer patients and their caregivers navigate the uniquely difficult situation of a cancer diagnosis at The Livestrong Foundation.

Outside of being a therapist, I enjoy hiking and playing outside with my twin boys, husband, and dog Lily. I also love to cook, garden, watch funny movies, and spend time with family and friends.
